Since today’s research environment requires the work be done in teams, NPS Pharmaceuticals approached us about teamwork and communication skills. Their scientists had to be able to disagree and yet maintain positive work relationships. They had to be able to combine distinct points of view when analyzing a difficult problem. They had to work together better.
We created a process called “Robust Scientific Dialog” for NPS scientists. We consulted with their teams, trained and implemented the new teamwork models and improved communication. We coached team leaders on highest quality teamwork and leadership.
